Pick up points:

We are pleased to provide a complimentary bus service for our festival guests staying at nearby hotels.

Please scroll down for more information about reserving a place on the bus.

Morning Pickup

  • 9:15am – Windmill Village Hotel (top car park, closest to the main road)

  • 9:30am – Manor Hotel Solihull, Meriden (front of the hotel)

  • 9:45am – Arrival at the Heart of England Events Centre

Evening Return

  • 10:10pm – Departure from the Heart of England Events Centre (by the reception area)

  • 10:20pm – Drop-off at Manor Hotel Solihull, Meriden

  • 10:30pm – Drop-off at Windmill Village Hotel

Please note that the shuttle will try to leave as promptly as possible at the scheduled times and will not be able to wait for late arrivals. If you miss the bus, in our experience, Uber is very good in the local area.

9.15am – Pickup – Windmill Village Hotel
Coach will be there to meet you in the top car park, closest to the main road.

9:30am – Manor Hotel Solihull, Meriden
Coach will collect from front of the hotel.

Buses are now full, but Uber is very good around the hotels and the venue! Or speak to hotel reception about a taxi.
