The Festival of Polymer Innovation team are pleased to announce that we will be selling table top exhibition spaces in 2025 to those who want to support the event and promote their products / services as part of the show.

The Festival of Polymer Innovation will host around 30 exhibitors with a table top presence in the marquee, which is our dedicated networking area.
We are expecting 300+ delegates, exhibitors and support staff to be present on the day.
The exhibition will be the first place that guests walk into and is in the centre of everything else that’s going on, so you should have good footfall!
FOPI’s exhibitors will be given 4ft – 4.5ft (approx 1.3m) table, enough for a roller banner and some flyers / brochures.
Yes – Plastribution Group will have access to the venue from 6pm – 10pm the night before the event, so you are welcome to come in between those times and set up your table top.
We will also open the doors to the public at 9am on the day, however you as an exhibitor are welcome to join us in the venue from 8am and set up around your space.
Your table top will be allocated by Plastribution Group. When you enter the space your area will be labelled with your company name.
This part of the event will start at 9am and will finish around 4:30pm, at which point we will close to start the evening entertainment.
Exhibition spaces need to be clear by 10pm on the day. As they are table top stands and the tables will be provided, this should be a quick job! You can put your bits in the car as the exhibition closes and come and join us for the BBQ / festivities.
It’s a festival themed event, so imagine you’re going to Glastonbury and wear that…
Even as exhibitors, we don’t expect you to be wearing suits and ties etc. Besides, we know it’s Britain, but hopefully we’ll have some sunshine, so please make yourself comfortable and dress for the potential good weather!
Sadly, it’s very unlikely that you will have access to a power socket for your exhibition space, based primarily on the layout of the room.
