11th September 2025 – Heart of England – WARWICKSHIRE

The Festival of Polymer Innovation is a festival themed celebration, combining a conference with an exhibition / networking event. In addition, the event will feature leisure and entertainment.

Try to think of it as plastics and pleasure in equal measure – an opportunity to learn about the latest technologies in polymer material science and processing, but also in an environment that’s fun and relaxed.

Please explore this website to learn more!

The event will be held on 11th September 2025Β at the Heart of England Events Centre in Warwickshire. Doors will open at 9am for registration, 10am the first speaker will start on the mainstage, entertainment & BBQ will start from around 3:30pm. For more information about arriving at the venue, please see https://www.polymerfestival.com/about/.

From seasoned industry professionals to curious newcomers, we are pleased to welcome anyone involved in plastics at any level who is keen to learn more and who wants to celebrate our fantastic industry.

We believe representatives from packaging producers and retailers will find valuable insights and networking opportunities, as will OEMs and brand owners.

Those involved in plastics processing, production and compounding, plus plastic recyclers, waste collection and management companies will also find plenty of fascinating content.

Individuals from any sector involved in product design & development, material specification, material procurement, sustainability and policymaking are also encouraged to attend, alongside R&D organisations.

Those from universities studying polymer and material sciences, or looking to enter the world of manufacturing after their studies will also be welcome to the event.

Please note: The focus of the content at FoPI will be heavily geared to polymers used in high volume production, i.e. moulding and extrusion methods. Those involved in 3d printing specifically may find that there’s very little to no content relevant to them, but it could still be worth a visit if you have an interest in wider material sciences or processing methods.

Registration & sign in will start from 9am in the marquee (this will be sign posted from the car park). The exhibition & networking space will also be running from this time.

Speakers will start from 10am onward and will finish around 3.30pm when afternoon/evening entertainment will begin.

There will be an after party featuring live music, a BBQ, a licensed bar and plenty of fun things to do until around 9pm.

Comfortable, casual attire is recommended, with a touch of festival flair if you’re feeling creative!

The Festival of Polymer Innovation has a lively, festival-themed atmosphere, so think about what you might wear to an event like Glastonbury.

On the topic of British festivals… while we will be making weather provisions, please note that some elements of the event are planned to be outdoors. Therefore, it’s a good idea to be prepared for potential rain – bring along waterproof clothing and suitable footwear to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the event.

Not much besides yourself.

You won’t need to bring a physical copy of your ticket, as we will have all delegate information available at entry.

We know that most of you don’t travel without it, but we do recommend that you bring your smartphone and that you’re logged into your account at https://www.polymerfestival.com. This will allow you to participate in the interactive elements we have planned throughout the event.

Yes, there is strong WiFi with WiFi boosters across the venue. In addition, we tested and found good 4G/5G signal generally across the several networks we’ve tried.

If you need a space to work there is also a restaurant/bar at the venue, it’s unlikely you’ll miss your important work emails or calls!

Yes – plenty!

Throughout the duration of the event from breakfast to the evening BBQ, food & drink will be available.

To fit the festival vibe, around lunchtime food vendors will appear on site. We will confirm these food options ASAP, but they promise to be delicious and we will have food available for a variety of dietary requirements.

Later, as part of our after party at the Summit Stage, we will be serving up a BBQ.

In addition, the site has a fully licensed bar serving a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks until late.
