By registering to attend the Festival of Polymer Innovation (FoPI), you agree to the following terms:
Plastribution Ltd. will collect and process your registration details in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. By completing the registration form, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your personal data (such as name, job title, company, email address, and stated areas of interest) may be shared with our official event partners – Engel UK and Summit Systems – for the purposes of post-event follow-up, relevant marketing communications, and industry engagement.
We may also share your data with 3rd party hotels and the venue for the purpose of securing hotel rooms.
These partners are carefully selected, and your data will be handled securely and only used for legitimate business purposes related to the event.

All delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event. Plastribution Ltd. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in breach of health and safety guidelines.
During the event, photography, video, and audio recordings may be taken for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such materials, which may be used by Plastribution Ltd. and its partners in marketing and communications. If you prefer not to appear in such materials, please notify us upon arrival at the registration desk.
Plastribution Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, venue, or timings at any time. Every effort will be made to communicate significant changes to registered delegates in a timely manner.
Plastribution Ltd. accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of attending the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Delegates are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the event.
Should national or local health guidance change, Plastribution Ltd. may implement safety measures or restrictions in accordance with government advice. By registering, delegates agree to comply with any such measures communicated prior to or during the event.
Plastribution Ltd. reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or cancel a delegate’s registration at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
